Change of Address

If you need to inform the Academy of a change of address, you are required to provide proof of the change. Acceptable documents include an original, recent: 

  • utility bill 
  • credit card statement 
  • council tax bill 
  • council rent book 
  • council tenancy agreement 
  • mortgage statement 

A full list of acceptable documents for proof of address can be downloaded below. 

To ensure our records remain up to date, please notify us of any changes to your contact details (e.g. main parent/carer contact, telephone/mobile number, or email address) as soon as possible. 

Parents may either: 

  • send a written note, or 

When contacting us by email, please include your child’s name and form group in the subject line, and provide the updated details in the body of the message. 

To enable us to communicate effectively with you by email, it is essential that we have your current main email address on our database. If you change your email address, please notify us by emailing maliha.ahmad@ashcroftacademy.org.uk, with the subject line “Change of Email” and your child’s name and form group clearly stated.
