Professional Development

The information below demonstrates our commitment to professional development. Each of the sessions listed is a morning 30-minute event delivered for Staff by Staff. Ashcroft is developing as a "research" establishment where we encourage our staff to engage in professional research (and there are TLRs available to suuport this) and then to implement the research in the classroom where appropriate and to share it with their colleagues.

The Academy has a teaching and learning hub.
