Taster Days for Prospective Year 12 students
Prospective Year 12 Taster Days will take place over two days on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 July. The aim of the taster days is to ease you into Year 12 and to enable you to refine your choice of subjects if need be.
On both days we will operate a Sixth Form curriculum. You should arrive at the Academy just before 8.30am for a prompt 8.30am briefing in the Auditorium.
Enrolment is by appointment only, and will commence following the release of GCSE results on Thursday 23 August. Enrolment is a process that transfers you as a year 11 student into the Sixth Form at ATA. For most students enrolment is a straightforward process and involves the following:
Verification of your GCSE results. Those students joining us from other schools and colleges must bring original copies of GCSE results
Please bring your UCI (Unique Candidate Identifier) number (13 digits/letters). This may be on your examination results sheets.
A discussion to ensure that your subject combination is a good match to your abilities and aspirations
