Study Boost Programme
Year 11 students have done over 2000 days at school, but it is the ones that are directly before the exams that have the biggest effect on their chances of passing.
The academy has organised sessions that last the length of the exam period. It is good for them to maintain a routine right through the exam period - get up at their normal time, use their days for studying, preparing, and testing themselves.
They should come to all the sessions relevant to them. They do not need to attend registration. Teachers may ask them to come in to other sessions.
They may leave the site when they are not in a session, but must arrive promptly for any session that they are attending. They must sign in and out at reception as we need accurate records in caste there is a fire.
They should come in proper uniform and will be turned away if they do not - this applies to exams too.
If they do not have scheduled sessions or exams they may work in the LRC. Again, they must come in proper uniform or they will be turned away. While in the LRC they must behave perfectly and show the right level of respect to staff and the other students using the LRC. They could also use Putney library - just off Putney High Street on Disraeli Road (closed on Tuesdays!)
